Your technician arrived on time, quickly assessed the problems and advised [the] parts would need to be ordered. A few days later, I received a call from your reception staff to advise that the parts had arrived and subsequently made a new appointment for the technician. As before, the technician arrived on time, was courteous, efficiently repaired both units and tidied up after himself.
